The Role & Flexibility We are looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our growing Melbourne team. Location: Fully mobile across Melbourne Metropolitan. You choose your preferred service areas! Schedule: Minimum 2 days per week (your choice of days). Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy for NDIS participants (Paediatric & Adult caseload). Construct high-quality clinical reports and maintain accurate participant records. Collaborate effectively with families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Represent the JC Care brand within the local community to foster stakeholder relationships. Actively participate in clinical supervision and team collaboration to ensure optimal outcomes. Requirements Qualifications: Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration . Experience: 2 years of experience is desirable, though we have the capacity to support New Graduates. Compliance: Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Check, and CPR Certification. Mobility: Current Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently in a mobile setting.
