Role Highlights (but not limited to): · Prospecting and lead generation for buyers and sellers; · Managing campaigns from listing through to settlement; · Assisting with listing presentations and open homes; · Coordinating appointments, meetings, and buyer follow-up; · Attending photoshoots and staging sessions; · Overseeing building & pest inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement processes; · Database management and pipeline nurturing; · Learning advanced sales and negotiation strategies. What you bring to the table: · Previous real estate experience essential; · Valid QLD Sales Registration & Driver’s Licence; · Strong organisational and time management skills; · Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-performance team; · A genuine desire to build a long-term career in sales; · A competitive mindset with a team-first attitude.
