The role is responsible for developing and executing marketing programs that generate qualified enquiries, support specification and tender pathways, and strengthen our market presence with builders, developers, and industry stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies and integrated campaigns to support sales objectives. This strategy will be heavily driven by our recent acquisition of expanded market share. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight to identify market opportunities. Research will focus specifically on gaps within the structural wall solutions and permanent formwork sectors. Manage digital marketing (website content, SEO fundamentals, paid campaigns where required, email marketing, analytics and reporting). Digital efforts will directly promote our core products, including the Ritek XL Wall, XL Thermal Wall, and X-Plus systems, to builders and developers. Produce and maintain marketing collateral (capability statements, product brochures, case studies, presentation materials) in coordination with technical and project teams to ensure accuracy. Collateral must translate technical advantages—such as load-bearing capacity, fire ratings, acoustic performance, and speed of installation—into commercial benefits. Support lead generation activities and improve conversion through landing pages, CRM lead workflows, and sales enablement materials. These funnels will be targeted at B2B construction industry professionals seeking cost-effective building methods. Manage industry engagement activities (trade events, webinars, partnerships) and coordinate distribution of marketing assets. These platforms will be used to showcase our newly expanded operational capacity following the competitor licence acquisition. Track performance against KPIs (lead volume/quality, source attribution, cost-per-lead, campaign ROI) and report to management. Skills and Experience Required Degree qualification in marketing, communications or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Demonstrated a minimum of 1 year full-time experience in B2B marketing or other sectors. A preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in construction, building materials, or architectural products. Experience developing and executing campaigns across digital channels and producing marketing content/collateral. Candidates must possess the ability to clearly communicate the value of niche pre-fabricated manufacturing technology. Strong analytical skills, including use of web analytics and campaign reporting. Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate technical information into clear market-facing materials. This includes the ability to turn engineering specifications (e.g., AS3600 structural compliance, FRL fire ratings, and thermal insulation values) into compelling messaging for developers.
