As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. Leads are generated directly through our web/phone channels, via campaigns and events and from targeted outreach to prospective customers. Responsibilities Take customer calls and respond to leads in a timely and professional manner Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media Schedule appointments for Account Manager/BDM’s to conduct discovery meetings and close sales Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and identify cross selling opportunities Track and update customer information and sales activities in Salesforce Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to share feedback and insights from the field Utilise digital tools and AI to ensure a data driven approach to work. Requirements 1–2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or business development Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence speaking with decision-makers Self-motivated and results-driven mindset Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a bonus.
