With multiple business units and a strong market presence, they are now seeking a commercially astute Business Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence and support the next phase of strategic growth. This is a senior, group-wide appointment with direct exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence structure, systems, and long-term direction across the organisation. The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager, you will take ownership of reviewing, redesigning and implementing improvements across all core business functions. This is a hands-on yet strategic role suited to a leader who thrives on identifying inefficiencies, building structure, and delivering measurable outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening internal processes, modernising systems, and aligning organisational capability with growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Review and redesign business processes and procedures across the group Identify and deliver internal efficiency improvements across operations and support functions Lead the selection, introduction and implementation of new software and systems (accounts, payroll, HR/employment management) Evaluate current organisational structures and recommend scalable models aligned to growth Support the General Manager with business strategy development and execution Analyse performance metrics and introduce reporting frameworks to support decision-making Drive change management initiatives across multiple business units About You To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate: Proven experience in a senior business improvement, transformation or operational leadership role Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link operational change to financial performance Experience implementing ERP, payroll, HRIS or integrated business systems A track record of improving process, structure and governance within multi-entity or group environments Confidence working at executive level while remaining hands-on in delivery Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management capability Why Apply?
