About the role As a Field Service Technician, you will repair, maintain, and support assistive technology equipment across your assigned region. You'll work closely with internal teams, end‑users, and occupational therapists to ensure equipment is safe, functional, and tailored to client needs. Key responsibilities include: Completing field service work according to a self‑managed schedule Conducting repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on powered and manual wheelchairs, hoists, standers, commodes and other AT equipment Communicating progress with the service team and maintaining accurate case updates Preparing for daily jobs and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked service van Reporting quality issues or improvement opportunities Assisting with equipment deliveries and warehouse duties when required Collaborating with AT consultants and clinicians to problem‑solve and deliver tailored solutions About you You'll bring a mix of technical capability, customer care, and practical problem‑solving.
