In this role, you'll work closely with leaders and teams across Urbis, providing advice and support across the employee lifecycle, including performance, engagement, development and employee relations. You'll contribute to the delivery of people initiatives, support change and capability uplift, and help ensure our people practices are clear, consistent and aligned with business needs. As a People & Culture Consultant, every day is different! You'll make an impact by: Preparing and issuing employment offers and supporting new starters by coordinating end‑to‑end onboarding, working with internal teams to deliver a smooth and welcoming induction experience. Manage key employee lifecycle activities such as probation reviews, contract end dates, parental leave, anniversaries and work rights checks. Lead offboarding activities, including exit interviews and sharing insights with leaders, with support from People & Culture Business Partners where needed. Provide practical, considered advice on People & Culture matters, applying policies and sound judgement and escalating complex issues appropriately. Maintain accurate and compliant employee records by administering lifecycle changes through the HRIS (Humanforce) and related systems. Work collaboratively with the People & Culture team to plan, deliver and support key people initiatives and projects that enhance performance, engagement, retention and productivity, aligned with our People & Culture strategy and business priorities. In addition to yours, we're keen to connect with you if you bring the following experiences and attributes: 3 years' of experience in a HR generalist role, ideally within a professional services environment, supported by tertiary qualifications in Business, HR or a related field.
