LTD, we are looking for a skilled Plumber to work on a full-time basis (38-40 hours per week). Duties and Responsibilities: Review drawings and job specifications to determine where water, drainage, gas or sewerage piping and fixtures need to go. Install and connect water supply lines (hot & cold), drainage systems, sanitary fixtures and waste piping. Install and service gas piping downstream of the meter (and associated appliances) ensuring safety and compliance. Identify, isolate and repair leaks, blockages or faults in pipework, drainage systems and sewerage networks. Perform routine maintenance and servicing of existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal function and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with other trades (electrical, HVAC, fire-protection) on site to coordinate plumbing works with overall building services. Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, tests completed and client communications. Ensure all work complies with licensing, building regulations, safety standards and company policies. Requirement: Relevant Qualification or 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification. At least 1 year of experience in the relevant role.
