We’re seeking a clinically strong, people-focused Health Centre Manager to lead our Jabiru Health Centre team as it continues to evolve into a regional health hub supporting outreach, workforce development and integrated primary health care across West Arnhem. What’s in it for you? • Salary range $136,300 – $143,400 per annum (plus super) • On-call and call-out allowances • Fares Out of Isolated Lands (FOIL) allowance • Generous leave entitlements (7 weeks leave loading) • Professional development leave • Salary packaging up to $18,550 • Relocation assistance • Fully furnished, air-conditioned accommodation (utilities included) • A supportive executive team and strong organisational direction • The opportunity to shape a regional health hub The Opportunity You will: • Lead and support a multidisciplinary remote primary health care team • Provide strong clinical oversight and ensure safe, high-quality care • Champion Aboriginal Health Practitioners as first-line providers • Strengthen workforce capability, performance and team culture • Coordinate visiting services and specialist programs • Manage systems, budgets and quality improvement processes • Represent Red Lily in community and regional forum • Participation in a 24-hour on-call roster is required The Role Includes • Coordinating specialist and visiting services • Ensuring effective PHC program delivery and portfolio oversight • Supporting emergency responses when required • Managing budgets, assets and clinical systems • Leading quality improvement and Medicare compliance • Contributing to community forums and stakeholder committees • Supporting organisational planning and regional integration • Participation in a 24-hour on-call roster is required. Is this the right role for you? • Registered Nurse with AHPRA • Extensive remote area nursing experience • Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary teams • Deep understanding of Aboriginal health and cultural safety • Solid administrative and IT capability • NT driver’s license (or eligibility) • Ochre Card, Police Clearance, Land Council permit eligibility Postgraduate qualifications in Primary Health Care, Public Health, Emergency, Child Health, Mental Health or related fields are highly regarded.
