About the role: This 2 year traineeship (earn while you learn) offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in: Printer and multifunction device repairs, servicing and maintenance Installing and configuring devices within customer network environments Troubleshooting print drivers, scan-to-email systems and card release printing Providing on-site technical support across a broad service area What we're looking for: Strong interest in IT, electromechanical or technical work Good communication and customer service skills IT literacy and basic understanding of networks Punctual, reliable and strong time management skills Team player with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset Current valid driver's licence (essential) What can you expect from us?
