Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic testing to accurately identify mechanical and electrical faults Service, repair, and replace diesel engines, transmissions, steering, braking, and lighting systems Carry out preventative maintenance on light vehicles, prime movers, and agricultural machinery (including cotton pickers) Conduct test drives to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and parts inventory Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and workshop procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop environment Salary: ₹ Equivalent of AUD 40–45 per hour (Based on experience) Requirements Experience: Minimum of 3 Years of experience as a Heavy Diesel Vehicle Mechanic Trade qualification in Mechanical / Automotive / Heavy Vehicle Engineering Proven experience in diesel diagnostics, servicing, and repairs Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good IT skills with the ability to use diagnostic tools and systems Physically fit with high attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities Valid driver’s license
