Your day to day Flywheel Digital is seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Director to drive revenue growth and long-term client success in the Australian Retail Media market. This role is responsible for maximising revenue growth for the Flywheel business using Direct or Cross Agency channels, crafting and executing strategic plans, and ensuring our solutions align with client objectives to drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in enterprise sales, capable of fostering deep client relationships, identifying and capitalising on new revenue opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional value Key Responsibilities: Build strategic account plans, manage forecasting, and drive execution to achieve revenue goals. Drive revenue growth and renewal success across an enterprise customer portfolio. Identify business challenges within enterprise CPG and other category organisations and map them to the right solutions within our suite of products. Effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders across all levels of an enterprise organisation. Prepare and deliver data-driven, customised presentations that align with client KPIs and strategic business goals. Who are you? You have proven experience working with retailers and their suppliers & selling solutions in the commerce space.
