HR Team Leader Permanent |Circa $120,000 Super We’re partnering with a large and growing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Team Leader to oversee a busy HR operations function. This role will lead a team of HR Analysts and act as a key point of contact for the business across a range of HR queries and processes. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who enjoys managing high-volume workflows, supporting a team, and building strong relationships across the business. About the Role You’ll lead a team of HR Analysts while ensuring the smooth delivery of HR operational services across the organisation. The role involves managing escalations, overseeing HR processes, and supporting ongoing improvements within a growing workforce of over 5,000 employees. Key Responsibilities Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of 4 HR Analysts Managing inbox workflows and oversight of high-volume HR queries Acting as a key escalation point for HR matters across the business Reviewing and approving Letters of Offer and employment contracts Supporting HRIS processes, administration and system data integrity Assisting with Connx, payroll processes and HR workflow management Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency Building strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation About You Previous experience leading or supervising HR team members Strong background in HR operations or shared services environments Experience managing high-volume HR queries or workflows Confident handling HR escalations and stakeholder management Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with HRIS systems and HR administration processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organisation This is a great opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys leading from the front and ensuring HR operations run smoothly within a large and evolving organisation.
