Where you'll be working You will be working across the entire LHD, with the office based at Royal North Shore What You'll Be Doing The position of Network Services Specialist exists within the Technical Services portfolio of the Digital Health Services Directorate of the Northern Sydney and Central Coast Local Health Districts (NSLHD and CCLHD). This position will be primarily based at a single site however will require some travel to any sites within NSLHD and/or CCLHD. The primary site for this position will be agreed at the time of appointment and periodically as required with appropriate DHS Management. The Network Services Specialist provides technical specialism and expertise and acts as the second point of escalations for support issues. They will contribute in-depth to the technical activities that develop, support and maintain the DHS services of both LHDs and contribute to them operating at maximum availability. The incumbent may also from time to time be required to contribute to related projects such that they are delivered on time and in-line with the organisation’s business plan and within the operational and project budget.
