About The Role Working in partnership with children and young people, carers and primary care providers to deliver an evidence-based response to young people aged 12-18 years with or at risk of serious mental illness. Working towards extending the service to encompass children and adolescents aged 0-18 years with or at risk of serious mental illness. Working therapeutically with children and young people and their families or carers with complex or high needs who may be difficult to engage, as well as organising referrals to appropriate services. Working within existing multidisciplinary teams to coordinate delivery of an evidence-based response to children and young people with or at risk of serious mental illness.
