This role provides practical and organisational support across The Arts with the majority of the role focused on Visual Art. About The Role The role supports the effective operation of Art, Drama and Film through stock and equipment management, preparation of materials, assistance with displays and documentation, and general studio and storeroom upkeep. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability are essential to success in this role. Equipment, Materials & Stock Ordering equipment and materials Unpacking orders, checking off via invoices and then attending to storage Managing stock and consumables Researching suppliers and maintaining communications Managing deliveries Labelling, auditing, and engraving equipment Managing equipment and storage systems Yearly equipment stocktake Art Room & Studio Support Managing paint, soap, and decanting in art rooms Cutting paper and lino for printing Photographing artwork Making physical and digital art displays Administration & Resources Managing files and invoices Typing when required, photocopying, scanning, laminating Making booklets and binding Exam preparation for all subject areas including data transfer for FTV Facilities & Maintenance Tidying storerooms Light cleaning Washing aprons, rags and drama costumes Collaboration Working with the HOD and all of the Arts teachers Working with and assisting Sandra Rooks as needed Interested?
