Our experienced clinicians at Care Dentistry have over 25 years of experience and provide a wide range of cosmetic treatments, including implants, oral surgery, and veneers. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly, check them in and out, and manage appointment scheduling. Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing information about treatments and addressing patient concerns or complaints. Billing and Insurance: Process payments, manage billing inquiries, and assist patients with payment plans and verification. Records Management: Maintain patient records accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance within regulations. Office Organisation: Keep the reception area tidy and organised, ensuring that all necessary materials are stocked and available. Team Collaboration: Work closely with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and communication between front and back office.
