Provide community allied health services within a multidisciplinary context, to individual clients residing in urban, rural, and remote settings, utilising a time limited, goal based, assessment/consultative service delivery model in collaboration with families, schools, clinics, aged care services, and other involved stakeholders, within government legislation and allocated resources. Two vacancies are available, one ongoing and one fixed to 30/06/2027.
