Hancock Iron Ore is seeking Maintainer Diesel Fitter to join our industry-leading Mobile Maintenance Hauling & Ancillary team. This is a permanent opportunity working on a large-scale fleet, with a strong focus on Hitachi EH4000 and EH5000 haul trucks . Reporting to the Supervisor Mobile Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our heavy mobile equipment fleet. Duties: Conduct inspections, servicing, repairs, and maintenance to ensure fleet reliability and efficiency Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring maximum equipment availability Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with a strong focus on safety and quality Apply your expertise in heavy mobile equipment to drive operational excellence Skills and experience: Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology required Current manual C class driver's licence required Strong hands-on experience maintaining Hitachi EH4000/EH5000 haul trucks essential Proven background in heavy mobile equipment maintenance within mining or heavy industry Desirable licences: Forklift (LF), Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Crane, Dogging, and Basic Rigging
