About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with leaders across the organisation to deliver high-quality HR advice, build capability, and support our people to deliver exceptional NDIS-funded services. You will act as a trusted advisor on all things HR—supporting workforce planning, performance, employee relations, organisational development, and culture initiatives. This role is hands‑on, varied, and highly impactful. Key Responsibilities Partner with Managers and Senior Leaders to provide expert HR guidance across all operational and strategic people matters Lead and support employee relations, investigations, performance management, and complex case management Drive workforce capability, development planning, coaching and leadership support Support NDIS compliance from a workforce perspective, including safeguarding, training, and quality requirements Lead culture, engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation Contribute to policy development, workforce planning and continuous improvement projects Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring an exceptional employee experience About You You will bring a blend of professional HR capability and a genuine passion for disability support. You are approachable, solutions-focused and confident navigating complex HR matters with empathy and professionalism. To be successful, you will demonstrate: Experience in an HR Business Partner, Advisor or similar HR generalist role Strong knowledge of employment legislation, awards and best‑practice HR Experience in the NDIS, community services or health sector (highly desirable) Proven ability to support leaders through change, coaching and workforce challenges Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to influence and build relationships at all levels A commitment to inclusive practice, safeguarding and quality disability services Why Join Us?
