You will be responsible for a variety of duties such as; Day-to-day site supervision and management of your teamEnsure site productivity aligns with project timelinesLead the team on productive safe work behaviourSet up and pack up of site, including contributing to pre-start and toolbox meetingsCo-ordination of employees and subcontractorsCommunication with internal and external stakeholdersLiaise closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects run to scheduleCompletion of QA and HSE paperwork About You This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation and play an integral part in its success and continued growth.
