About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join our Pelvic Pain & Endometriosis Clinic at The Garden Family Medical Clinic in Murdoch. This role has arisen as our current pelvic physiotherapist commences maternity leave, and we are excited to welcome someone who wants to work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative and forward-thinking environment. You will work alongside GPs, nurses, psychologists and allied health professionals in supporting patients with complex and often long-standing conditions, including: Chronic pelvic pain Endometriosis Bladder and bowel dysfunction Pelvic floor weakness Trauma-related pelvic conditions Infertility Menopause Sexual health concerns Patients may attend through our dedicated Pelvic Pain Clinic or via standard GP referral pathways. Our current pelvic physiotherapist also runs a monthly 'pelvic pain pilates' class with an agreement with a local pilates studio. We offer a private, purpose-designed space within our medical clinic, modern equipment including ultrasound scanning facilities, and full administrative support. About the Pelvic Pain Clinic Our Pelvic Pain & Endometriosis Clinic is partially supported by Federal Government grant funding, which will continue until at least 2028, creating unique opportunities beyond standard clinical work. This includes additional opportunities such as: Attending workshops and conferences Running workshops and education for patients and/or healthcare professionals, including our clinic team Input into research and service development Collaboration with local organisations and specialists Promotion of awareness and wellness initiatives in the community Participation in case conferencing and multidisciplinary team meetings You will be supported by a dedicated project officer who coordinates care and assists with service development. About You To be considered for this role, you must: • Have completed or be undertaking a Masters in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy • Be registered with AHPRA • Demonstrate experience managing pelvic pain and women’s health presentations • Work in a trauma-informed, sensitive and respectful manner • Be comfortable working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation We are flexible with work arrangements and open to casual or part-time options. There is currently strong patient demand outside standard working hours, and preference will be given to candidates available on Saturdays. Our clinic hours allow for flexibility in your shifts. We are open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm Friday, and 7am to 4pm Saturday with potential for further extensions of these in 2026. This role is offered under a service agreement, consistent with our clinical team model. A percentage of your billings contributes to room rental, full administrative support, access to equipment, including ultrasound and examination beds; equipment and consumables specific to your role; printing; computers, phones, and IT systems; and marketing support. We are a private billing clinic. The percentage arrangement will reflect your level of experience, with the opportunity for an increased percentage for extended hours or Saturday sessions.
