This is a high impact, fast paced opportunity for someone who loves creating seamless events and programmes and thrives on organisation, logistics and problem solving. Reporting into the People Experience Manager and partnering closely with a People Experience Partner, this role plays a key part in delivering people centred initiatives across our national FMCG business. The opportunity This role sits at the centre of how we deliver awards, events and development programmes across our sites nationally. You will be the engine behind the scenes, ensuring everything runs smoothly, looks polished and feels memorable for our people. From monthly awards and flagship events like Family Day and Annual Awards, through to leadership and accelerator programmes, you will manage the end to end coordination and logistics that bring our People Experience strategy to life. This is a dynamic, hands on role with a strong operational backbone and room for creativity, initiative and continuous improvement. What you will be doing Coordinate end to end delivery of People Experience events, awards and programmes across Tassal Manage logistics including venues, catering, suppliers, travel, materials, AV and run sheets Act as the central coordinator for awards, transitioning from site based to a national, consistent model Support the delivery of high profile events with professionalism, attention to detail and confidence Work closely with internal stakeholders, leaders and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution Anticipate issues before they arise and solve problems calmly and practically Drive organisation, structure and efficiency through templates, checklists and process improvement Contribute ideas that elevate the experience and keep events engaging, people focused and on brand What we are looking for You are highly organised, detail driven and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a busy environment. You think on your feet, take initiative and enjoy being relied on to make things happen.
