We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. THE POSITION As a Level 3 Front Office Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering professional and friendly service while ensuring the smooth operation of front office services on site. Provide a high level of customer service to on-site residents Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs and enquiries Use accommodation and booking systems to manage resident information Handle phone calls, emails and general administrative tasks Support the wider village team to ensure a positive resident experience THE PERSON To be successful in this role, you will be customer-focused, organised and comfortable working in a remote team environment.
