The Role What You’ll Be Doing As an Electrodry Technician, you’ll be trained to deliver a wide range of professional home services, including: Carpet and upholstery cleaning Mattress cleaning Air-conditioner cleaning Wood floor refinishing and other specialist services (once qualified) Delivering outstanding customer service Recommending additional services when appropriate Using and maintaining professional equipment Completing daily paperwork and processing payments Training & Career Development No experience is required — full training is provided from day one, with ongoing development in specialist areas such as: Wood floor refinishing Tile and grout cleaning Mould decontamination Electrodry offers genuine long-term career opportunities, with clear pathways to progress from Technician to Trainer and into Territory Operations Management roles. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: A current Australian manual driver’s licence Strong communication skills Attention to detail A reliable, can-do work ethic Backgrounds in carpentry, maintenance, hospitality, or sales are highly regarded — but not essential. Pay, Perks & Benefits Training rate: $35 per hour commissions & bonuses applicable from your thrid week in the job Qualified Technician rate: $36/$37 per hour commissions & bonuses Expected earnings once qualified: $1,500–$1,900 per week super Company vehicle provided for travel to and from work Optional Saturday work available to boost your income Ready to Get Started?
