The Region business and administration service encompasses a large number of key functions to assist in the management of the Region while ensuring efficient and effective use of Region policing resources. This includes management of finance, facilities, records, assets, personnel, rosters, annual leave and absences. The Administration Manager is accountable to the Officer in Charge, Region and works under broad direction for the provision of a range of business and administrative services to ensure the delivery of effective and efficient operations across a broad geographical span within the Region. The Administration Manager is responsible for managing the administrative services staff across multiple locations within the Region and contributes to the successful operation of the Region by providing an advisory and consultancy service on issues related to the strategic management of business and administrative activities. Special Conditions The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
