Position: Senior Civil Design Engineer – Land Development Location: Regional | Western Australia Salary: Up to $150K total remuneration package About the Role Are you passionate about delivering high-impact land development, urban infrastructure, and subdivision projects across regional Western Australia while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative WA design office? You’ll play a hands-on role across technical design, project coordination, and client liaison, while also mentoring and guiding junior engineers and designers to help elevate overall team performance. Key Responsibilities Deliver civil design solutions across land development, urban, and subdivision projects Strong WA experience and familiarity with local authorities, standards, and subdivision processes Lead and review design documentation to ensure quality and compliance Coordinate designers and provide technical guidance Manage project delivery against programme and budget Liaise with clients, councils, and approving authorities Support and mentor junior engineers and designers What You’ll Bring Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) Proven experience in land development and subdivision projects Strong understanding of WA standards and local authority requirements Ability to lead projects and guide junior team members Solid communication and client-facing skills Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship required Why Join?
