Based at our Head Office in Geelong, we are looking for a driven and detail-focused Allocator to join our Product Team. Please note we do not offer hybrid working arrangements and the role will be required onsite in Geelong full time. About The Role: Reporting to the Planning Manager, this role is responsible for the allocation and replenishment of stock across our store network. You will play a key role in ensuring the right product is in the right store at the right time, supporting sales performance and stock efficiency. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ allocation experience who is looking to further develop their retail merchandise career within a dynamic national business. Key Responsibilities: • Allocate new and repeat stock across all stores based on performance, capacity and regional trends • Manage ongoing replenishment to maximise sell-through and minimise stock imbalances • Monitor sales, stock turn and inventory levels to identify risks and opportunities • Maintain accurate size/volume profiles and store grading • Work closely with the Planning Manager, Buyers and Retail team to support product performance • Assist with reporting and analysis as required • Support promotional, seasonal and new store allocations About You: • 2–3 years’ experience in an allocation, replenishment or merchandise support role • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data • Highly organised with strong attention to detail • Commercially aware with the ability to interpret sales trends • Proactive and solutions-focused • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally If you are looking to build your career in merchandise planning and allocation within a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
