A fantastic opportunity has become available to join our team as an Strata Manager at our Terrigal branch. The position is permanent full-time (Monday to Friday). You will manage & be responsible for your own strata portfolio including (but not limited to) the preparation of budgets & meeting notices, conducting AGM's, liaising with the executive committee & owners, ensuring compliance with the Acts & building strong client relationships. You will be supported by a dedicated team of strata assistants & administration staff. To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience: Current registration as an Assistant Agent (Strata Management) or preferably a Class 1 or 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence; A minimum of 6 months experience as a Strata Manager; Reliable car & current NSW drivers licence; Demonstrated ability to interpret the relevant Acts & be proactive in solving problems/offering solutions; Outstanding customer service skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills & demonstrated ability to use these skills for negotiation; Willingness to work within a team & share your skills/knowledge; Well developed time management skills & accuracy/attention to detail.
