As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team at our Canning Vale headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to start your engineering career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where you will work alongside experienced engineers and see your ideas evolve from concept through to finished product. As part of our engineering team, you will gain practical experience across a wide range of electrical engineering applications including power systems, renewable technologies and equipment manufacturing. This role works Monday to Friday 6am - 4pm. Your responsibilities will include: Developing electrical designs, schematics and documentation including bills of materials and testing procedures Supporting the design and development of DC power systems for standalone power, solar/hybrid lighting towers, CCTV and telematics platforms Assisting with product testing, commissioning and troubleshooting in our workshop Working closely with electricians, mechanics and trades teams to bring designs to life Providing technical support to internal teams and customers when required Managing engineering tasks and projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope During your first 4 - 6 weeks, you will complete structured training with our team to become familiar with our equipment, systems and processes. You'll be working with AutoCAD, Solidworks, proprietary Battery software and web-based platforms so you will need to be proficient with AutoCAD. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Graduate) Strong interest in renewable energy, hybrid power systems or emerging energy technologies Proficiency in AutoCAD (experience with SolidWorks advantageous) Strong written and verbal communication skills Hands-on mindset and willingness to work in a workshop environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Current Australian Driver's Licence Fluency in Chinese would be advantageous but not essential Why Join Generators Australia?
