About the role TRS Staffing is currently searching for an Electrical Workshop Supervisor to join our esteemed clients team based in Perth. This position is based on a Monday to Friday full-time roster. Duties and responsibilities Lead and supervise daily operations within the electrical workshop Plan workload allocation, manage priorities, and ensure projects meet deadlines Oversee quality control and maintain compliance with relevant electrical standards Coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, and project delivery teams Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and HSEQ requirements Mentor, support, and develop tradespeople, apprentices, and trade assistants Maintain accurate communication, reporting, and workshop timekeeping processes Skills and experience required Valid WA Electrical Licence Proven experience supervising electrical workshop or industrial manufacturing teams Strong knowledge of switchboard assembly, modular builds, and relevant electrical standards Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills Commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance In order to be considered for this position, current Australian legal working rights are required.
