Job Description As a Carpentry Trainer & Assessor at Builders Academy Australia (BAA), you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of builders by delivering and assessing high-quality apprenticeship, school-based, and workplace-based training. This role will include regular travel to workplaces and trade training centres, you’ll support apprentices and trainees to achieve their qualifications and career goals. This hands-on role combines training delivery, student support, and industry engagement, ensuring compliance with RTO standards and contributing to continuous improvement across our training programs. Key Responsibilities Cover sites across the Western regions, including Geelong and Bacchus Marsh Deliver engaging, compliant, and high-quality Carpentry training and assessment across classroom and workplace settings. Prepare, plan, and facilitate sessions that cater to diverse learning styles and align with industry and compliance standards. Support apprentices and trainees through regular communication, feedback, and progress monitoring to ensure successful outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, students, and key stakeholders to enhance the student experience and program effectiveness.
