Diploma Qualified Educator (Responsible Person) – Forrest Early Education and Care Centre – Full Time Ongoing Community Services 1 is seeking a Diploma Qualified Educator who can also act as the Responsible Person for Forrest Early Education and Care Centre. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading by example on the floor while keeping daily operations safe, calm and well organised. About us: Community Services 1 is a not-for-profit supporting people and families across the ACT and surrounding NSW. We deliver services that strengthen community wellbeing and belonging, including high-quality early childhood education and care. About the role: Deliver warm, responsive education and care aligned to the EYLF and the centre’s philosophy. Act as the Responsible Person as rostered, ensuring appropriate supervision, safe practice and smooth day-to-day centre operations. About you: Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent), with experience in centre-based care. Confident to be rostered as the Responsible Person and make sound operational decisions when required. Strong knowledge of child safe practice, supervision and compliance in an ECEC environment. Requirements: Ability to obtain/maintain required checks and certifications, including WWVP and current First Aid/CPR. Must have Australian working rights.
