Plan work schedules and assign staff duties. Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff promotions or dismissals. Training staff. Handle complaints and decide on appropriate actions. Monitor inventory and order new stock as needed. Ensure to follow accurate pricing and proper product display. Enforce safety procedures throughout the store.
