Responsibilities of the role include: Handle FoH sales and prepare customer drinks as per SoP Customer relations and complaints management Quality control, stock rotation and stock control across store Pricing & Gross Profit management Wastage reporting and management Purchasing and stock levels management Hiring, rostering and training of new staff Staff training and co-ordination Schedule and perform regular stocktakes Store set up, pack up and management of process Cleaning and Maintenance of premises: Store, Freezer & Storeroom Qualifications, skills and experience Relevant professional experience in store management. Ability to manage and work with a team including recruitment, training, performance management and rostering Solid communication skills including computer literacy, written and verbal communication skills; Good to have First aid training.
