This opportunity sits at the heart of a high-volume ecommerce fashion operation, where speed, structure and strong leadership keep things moving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring daily warehouse operations run smoothly - guiding teams on the floor, managing workflow and maintaining high standards across dispatch, returns and inventory. What you’ll be doing: Leading day-to-day warehouse operations within a busy fashion ecommerce fulfilment centre Directing daily workflow and setting floor priorities to ensure dispatch targets are met Supervising and supporting warehouse staff and team leaders on the floor Allocating labour and adjusting resources to meet inbound, outbound and returns deadlines Maintaining strong picking, packing and inventory accuracy standards Ensuring operational procedures, safety standards and warehouse structure are upheld Troubleshooting operational issues and making real-time decisions to keep operations moving Supporting onboarding, training and development of warehouse team members Providing clear reporting and handovers to the broader operations leadership team What you’ll bring: Previous warehouse leadership experience within a fast-paced fashion or ecommerce environment (essential) Experience as a senior supervisor, team leader or warehouse operations lead Strong understanding of dispatch, fulfilment and inventory workflows Confidence directing teams and making decisions in a high-volume environment A highly organised, process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail A hands-on leadership style — comfortable working alongside the team on the warehouse floor Systems experience with warehouse or ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, inventory or fulfilment systems) is advantageous What’s on offer: A key leadership role within a well-established ecommerce fashion business A fast-moving environment where you can take ownership and make an impact Staff product discounts and additional employee benefits A supportive team culture with opportunities to grow and develop your career
