Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports as required by the WA Freight & Customer Service Manager. Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution. Communicate with the client when completing customer freight requirements, concerns, and enquiries. Maintaining open lines of communication at all levels (internally and externally) Assist in the removal of all paperwork for clients requiring bookings from all of the manifests for incoming freight. Ensure that all freight that requires a booking time slot for delivery is booked in time to align with customer requirements. Provide customers with correct information in a timely manner. Liaise with customers with any queries relating to incoming/outgoing freight Be able to identify and communicate opportunities, to benefit SCT and their customers. Desired Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in a similar role. An understanding of the Transport and Warehouse Industry in general. Clear (written & oral) communication skills. Ability to develop and work within a team environment. Able to maintain sustained level of concentration in a high-risk busy environment. High level of computer skills & exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work within a team environment whilst taking responsibility for specific functions. Customer service focused, with a proactive attitude and positive nature. Strong verbal and written communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of business Strong time management skills SAP experience would be very advantageous.
