High Reach Forklift Operator – Order Picking Fantastic Furniture is seeking reliable, safety-focused High Reach Forklift Operators to join our Distribution Centre team. This is a hands-on role critical to ensuring stock is moved, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. About the Role Reporting to DC Team Leaders and Supervisors, you will support daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity. This role involves regular high-reach forklift operation and order picking across inbound and outbound functions. Key Responsibilities Operate high reach forklifts for order picking and stock movement Pick, pack, and accurately select products using RF scanners Load and unload trucks and containers (manual handling and MHE) Conduct stock checks and pre-start forklift inspections Identify and report damaged or non-conforming stock Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness standards Follow WHS procedures and wear required PPE at all times Support inbound, outbound, and other DC areas as required About You Current High Reach Forklift Licence (essential) Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment Strong understanding of WHS and safe manual handling practices Confident operating MHE in a fast-paced environment Basic written, verbal, and numerical skills Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player Why Join Fantastic Furniture?
