In this role, you’ll assist patients with frame and lens selection, place orders, interpret prescriptions, support optometrists, perform minor repairs and frame adjustments, and help keep the practice running smoothly — all while delivering a warm, welcoming experience. About You Experience in a customer-facing or retail, medical or service role Great communication and interpersonal skills A genuine interest in eye care and health services Attention to detail & dedication to learn Strong communication and Problems solving skills Comfortable with computers and admin tasks Highly Desirable Optical Dispensing qualification (Cert IV) Optical practice experience Understanding of lenses, coatings and frame materials Why join us?
