Purpose of the role We currently have exciting opportunities available within our friendly and supportive Newcastle Permanent-aligned Settlements and Funding team. Here you'll play a pivotal part in preparing essential documentation and engaging with both internal and external customers concerning business and home lending matters. As a vital member of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth interactions and efficient processes, directly contributing to our overall success. What will your key responsibilities include? Create and manage all documentation related to new mortgages, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Track and follow up on registration processes to guarantee timely completion. Prepare and secure authorisation for variation letters to loan agreements. Receive and thoroughly check all documentation from customers to ensure completeness and accuracy. Verify that NGM Group holds the correct security documentation prior to funding or settling loans. Oversee the maintenance and funding of construction loans throughout the construction phase. Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. What are we looking for? Experience working in a high volume and / or consumer documentation environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Well-developed time management and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to tackle and resolve complex issues effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of conveyancing terms and loan security documentation is a plus, particularly in legal or financial sectors. What can you expect from us?
