The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to support our practices and leadership teams. You will be a trusted advisor and operational partner, guiding managers on HR matters, developing HR frameworks, and strengthening organisational processes across the employee lifecycle. This is a key people leadership role where you will help shape policy and practice as we scale. Key Responsibilities Partner with clinic leadership to provide pragmatic and compliant HR advice across all aspects of HR and people operations. Lead or contribute to HR policy development, SOPs, structures, employee handbooks, and governance documentation. Support performance management, employee relations, disciplinary and resolution processes. Oversee recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, offer letters, and compliance checks. Collaborate on workforce planning and talent strategy to attract and retain high-performance clinical and corporate teams. Facilitate training, leadership development, and organisational culture initiatives. Ensure compliance with employment law, industrial instruments, WHS and regulatory requirements. Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and reporting to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For Strong HR generalist experience with at least 3 years in a business partnership or advisory role (medical experience preferred but not essential). Demonstrated experience writing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and organisational structures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Sound understanding of employment law, compliance and HR best practice. Proactive problem-solver with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
