This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless, luxury digital experience for a globally recognised fashion brand. Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, with a dotted line to the Global Visual Merchandising Director, you will help translate the Boutique visual merchandising experience into a compelling, high‑performing online environment across all regions. About the Position As our Digital Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping the visual storytelling, structure and performance of our ecommerce websites across all markets. You will balance brand storytelling, commercial performance and client experience, ensuring every product category is presented in line with the Creative Director’s vision. This role combines hands‑on digital merchandising execution, data‑led optimisation, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will work closely with Digital, Buying, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Marketing and regional teams to deliver best‑in‑class digital merchandising outcomes across new launches, seasonal collections, campaigns and promotional periods. As Our Digital Visual Merchandising Specialist, Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Own the digital visual merchandising of all ZIMMERMANN ecommerce sites globally, ensuring a consistent and localised luxury experience. Translate Boutique visual merchandising standards and the Creative Director’s vision into compelling digital storytelling across our ecommerce sites. Plan and execute seasonal and weekly merchandising updates to drive performance and optimisation. Manage product categorisation, navigation and on‑site search to improve discovery and conversion. Use data and insights to optimise categories, campaigns, launches and key trading periods. Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Digital teams to support cross‑channel initiatives. Support testing and rollout of new platforms, tools and AI‑enabled merchandising solutions. Maintain merchandising standards, guidelines and workflows to ensure consistency across markets. What You Will Bring to the Position 5 years’ experience in ecommerce or digital visual merchandising, ideally within fashion or retail. Tertiary qualifications in Visual Arts, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline. A strong eye for curation, detail and brand storytelling. Proven ability to balance creative vision with commercial and performance objectives. Strong analytical capability, with confidence interpreting website data and performance metrics. Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused approach. Experience with the following is advantageous: Magento or Salesforce ecommerce platform AP21 ERP Adobe Photoshop Analytics and reporting tools supporting ecommerce performance Why Join Our Team?
