Job Description In this full time role, based in Mount Waverley (and other Epworth Healthcare sites as required), you will be responsible pick/packing and dispatching the day to day orders and the receival of Inward goods and restocking of the warehouse. As a member of the Warehouse team you will participate actively and positively in the area of health and safety to reduce all hazards and incidents within the workplace. The role requires active participation in the continuous improvement activities. You will be part of the Supply & Logistics team and report to Warehouse Team Leader. You will make an impact by- Striving to consistently improve service delivery Utilising a reflective, critical thinking and evidence-based approach to deliver best practice in stock movement Providing excellent, helpful service to patients and staff To be successful in this role, you will have- Previous store person experience in a medium to large Healthcare organisation (Desirable) High attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the team Ability to manage multiple priorities and time management Excellent communication skills, written and oral Ability to work with cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders Computer skills, ERP/MRP/TechOne/Microsoft Office/Excel/Power BI Flexibility to work across Epworth sites Current Truck Licence, Medium Rigid (desirable) Valid Victorian Driver’s licence Additional Information Position Description Inherent Requirements At Epworth, it’s a community.
