Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Project & Education Manager with a passion for healthcare, continuous medical education, and meaningful community impact. This multifaceted role involves coordinating events and conferences, facilitating webinars and GP training, onboarding GPs and Allied health into our subspecialty, growth brands, including women’s health, skin cancer, travel vax, ADHD and LGBTIQA health, and supporting the rollout of high-impact health initiatives. This is a part-time role working 4 days per week. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive individual with both project and event management experience to grow their career within healthcare education. The successful candidate will also be supported to pursue RACGP CPD accreditation qualifications , enabling them to contribute directly to Australia’s GP education ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Program Delivery Support the design and rollout of healthcare initiatives, including the establishment of: Endometriosis and Menopause Clinics Bondi Women’s Health Super Clinic Equality Health Super Clinics for the LGBTIQ community Drive delivery timelines, stakeholder communications, task coordination, and risk management across projects Collaborate with the marketing team to implement business models and digital strategies for Women’s Health GP membership and clinic visibility Event & Training Facilitation Plan, organise, and run in-person conferences , training , webinars (incurs 1–1.5 hr fortnightly after hours commitment), and online training programs targeting GPs and allied health professionals Manage logistics, communications, speaker liaison, technology platforms, post-event analytics, and follow-ups Facilitate the integration of RACGP CPD requirements into education activities and support the process of gaining accreditation GP Engagement & Community Development Onboard GPs and allied health practitioners into our Women’s Health, Skin Cancer, and Equality Health communities Foster relationships to build a strong, engaged clinical network Provide support and communications that ensure high satisfaction and sustained involvement from practitioners Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Track and report on GP performance and engagement metrics across programs Identify areas for development and contribute to initiatives that enhance clinical performance and education outcomes Skills & Qualifications Essential Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Event Management, Health Sciences, or a related field 2-3 years experience in project coordination, event management, or training facilitation Demonstrated experience in coordinating educational or professional development events (e.g. webinars, CPD) Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to engage clinicians and multidisciplinary stakeholders Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in using project and event software tools (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, Trello, Eventbrite) Highly Desirable Already trained or interested in training in RACGP CPD program accreditation qualifications Experience in healthcare, primary care, or education/training settings Knowledge of Women’s Health, LGBTIQ health, or preventative health care models What We Offer A nurturing, inclusive workplace where diversity is celebrated Mentorship and professional development in CPD accreditation and healthcare education The opportunity to drive tangible impact in Australia’s most innovative health initiatives Flexible work arrangements and a collaborative, purpose-driven culture Apply Now: To apply, please send your resume and a cover letter outlining your interest in this role and relevant experience.
