Position Overview: The Machine Operator role is manufacturing heavy industrial product and you will be responsible for the operation and general maintenance of machines. The roles are hands-on and fast paced, where you will be required to work as part of a team to deliver excellent results. Full training is provided and this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. Manufacturing experience required. Mechanically minded and able to problem solve. Hold a current Forklift licence (required for the role). Physically fit and able to pass a drug and alcohol screen & willing to undergo a Police Check. Possess a safety first at all times approach to your work and your colleagues. Reliable with a positive attitude towards work. Experience: Proven experience in Machine Operation in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Continuously improve skills and knowledge through professional development and training. Working Conditions: Day, Afternoon & Night shifts. Ongoing casual with opportunity to go permanent. The role may require occasional overtime depending on project demands. The manufacturing environment can be noisy and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in some areas of the facility.
