We're looking for a high-output, taste-led short-form creator who can run ship weekly across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You’ll make content that feels native, use AI to move faster, and iterate hard based on performance. Location: Sydney (Hybrid – Tue/Wed/Thu in-office) Compensation: Series A salary meaningful equity upside Tools: iPhone / mirrorless camera, lav mic, basic lighting Editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve Tooling: Descript, Runway, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Claude, – whatever you need to ship great content, no token limits What you’ll do You’ll own the end-to-end short-form machine: concept → script → shoot → edit → post → learn → iterate . Ship short-form across TikTok, Reels, and Shorts (organic performance-ready) Run a weekly creative cadence: 5 strong concepts/week, rapid testing, clear learnings Shoot edit fast, with taste (phone-first, low-friction, high output) Use AI to move quicker and raise the bar (versions, captions, VO, b-roll, edits) Turn real Fetch moments into content (pet parents, claims moments, vets, product, behind-the-scenes) Track what’s landing (watch time, saves/shares, comments, CTR where relevant) and iterate hard What you’ll make The vibe: fun, native, engaging-first ✨ Think “TikTok series,” not “brand content.” You’ll make: POVs pet parents actually share (“things I wish I knew”, “my dog did WHAT”, “vet explains in 15 seconds”) Repeatable series with a format running joke (recurring characters, templates, bits) Creator collabs end-to-end (brief → script → review → iterate) Big swings that earn attention (stunts, challenges, cultural moments) Paid-ready variants (multiple hooks/opens/edits for rapid A/B testing) In-office “shows” we want to build: Week at Fetch (shipping, wins, learnings) Dog of the day (office dogs, chaos, wholesome moments) Hot takes at Fetch (opinions, debates, contrarian POVs) Behind the scenes with prodyct, ops, vets, product (what we’re building what we’re testing) What we’re looking for Taste: you know what looks native versus “ad-like” Hooks: you can structure stories for watch time Craft: you can shoot edit confidently (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci) Culture: you’re deep in TikTok/Reels/Shorts and spot trends early AI fluency: you use tools to ship faster and better (Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) Outcomes mindset: you care what performs and why What it’s like here We’re ambitious, collaborative, and genuinely enjoy building together.
