About this Opportunity We are now seeking to recruit experienced and motivated Production Operators within our UHT/ESL Department who are ready to make a positive impact to the business. This full-time position is located in Harvey, WA 6220. Reporting into the Production Manager, you will operate production equipment for our Ultra Heat Treatment (UHT) and Extended Shelf Life (ESL). Duties: Record equipment checks and report malfunctions promptly. Verify safety interlocks, covers, and guards are in place before operating equipment. Perform safety checks in line with instructions and procedures. Handle rework products correctly according to verbal and written directions. Reseal and store part‑used packaging materials at the end of production runs. Remove and dispose of waste materials regularly and appropriately during production. Meet production schedules and document any variations with reasons. Brief relief operators and conduct quality checks when handing over or resuming duties. Follow procedures for start‑up and production changeovers accurately. Promote teamwork, report abnormal issues, and assist with staff training as required.
