About the opportunity The Therapy Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, performance management, and system integrity of Therapy Services. The role ensures Therapy Services operates efficiently, compliantly, and at scale—supporting clinician productivity, service quality, and financial sustainability. The position works in close partnership with the Director of Therapy Services and provides direct management oversight of therapy administration and business support functions, while interfacing with Team Leaders on operational execution.
