Glass Processing operators and glaziers Kilburn, South Australia IMPartners is recruiting on behalf of a South Australian-owned glass processing and manufacturing business supplying flat glass products to residential and commercial construction projects. The business is seeking experienced Glass Processing Operators and Glaziers to join its Kilburn team on a full-time basis. These roles suit people who are comfortable working with glass products, operating tools and equipment, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. Glass Processing operators You will be responsible for the safe handling, preparation and movement of glass products within the warehouse and factory environment. This is a physically active role involving regular manual handling and operation of tools and equipment. Hours Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm, with overtime opportunities available. What you will be doing • Handling, preparing and moving glass sheets and products safely • Operating warehouse equipment and hand tools • Loading and unloading deliveries • Maintaining clean, organised and safe work areas • Reporting stock damage, safety hazards or quality issues • Following factory safety procedures and safe handling practices • Working closely with supervisors and production teams to meet daily production targets Glaziers As a Glazier, you will install and assemble glass products on residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring installations meet safety and quality standards. What you will be doing • Installing and assembling glass products on site • Working with builders, contractors and glazing teams to complete projects on schedule • Handling and positioning glass safely, including team lifting where required • Operating hand and power tools in accordance with safety requirements • Ensuring installations meet quality standards and project specifications • Reporting any damages, hazards or installation issues promptly • Maintaining safe and organised work areas on site About you • Experience working in a glass factory, warehouse or glazing environment • Experience as a glazier on residential or commercial projects (for glazing roles) • Familiarity with hand and power tools used in glass handling and installation • Physically capable of manual handling and team lifting • Reliable, punctual and safety focused • Able to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members • White Card or relevant construction safety training preferred Applicants must be able to undertake a pre-employment medical. Training will be provided for those who do not have experience. Apprenticeships may be considered.
