You’ll support individuals to maintain their independence, manage chronic conditions, and enhance their overall wellbeing through quality clinical care and compassionate service. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting clinical assessments and developing care plans Wound care and medication management Educating clients and families on health management and wellbeing Liaising with GPs, allied health professionals and support workers Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and compliance with standards About You You’re a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse who values autonomy, flexibility and meaningful connections with your clients.
